Diablo 4 Season 2 launched on October 16, 2023, and with it came a number of class updates. These updates were designed to address some of the balance issues that were identified in Season 1, as well as to introduce some new gameplay possibilities.

  • The damage was raised from 0.7 to 0.77.

Furious Upheaval

  • The bonus damage for each stack has been raised from 5% to 12%.
  • The maximum number of stacks has been lowered from 10 to 6.

Strategic Rallying Cry

  • Fortify amount was adjusted from Base Life to Maximum Life.

Strategic Iron Skin

  • The fortify quantity was modified from Base Life to Maximum Life.

Mighty War Cry

  • Fortify amount was adjusted from Base Life to Maximum Life.
  • The maximum damage boost has been increased to x100% additional damage.
  • Supreme Wrath of the Berserker

Enhanced Rupture

  • Additional functionality: For every 50 Strengths you have, your damage is enhanced by 10%.

Warrior’s Rupture

  • Attack Speed has been raised from 30% to 40%.

  • Maximum Life healing rose from 18% to 22%.

Endless Fury

  • The benefit from fury increases from 5/10/15% to 7/14/21%.

Imposing Presence

  • The damage reduction against Elites has been raised from 3/6/9% to 4/8/12%.

Thick Skin

  • Fortify amount was adjusted from Base Life to Maximum Life.

Decimator

  • Previous: Two-handed Slashing Weapon strikes have an 8% chance of rendering foes Vulnerable for 2 seconds.
  • New: Making an adversary Vulnerable increases your damage by 10% for 5 seconds. Overpowering a Vulnerable adversary provides a 10% benefit for 5 seconds.

Bone Breaker

  • Previous: Your Two-Handed Bludgeoning Weapon Overpowers Stun foes for 1 second and get 20% of your Maximum Life (273).
  • New: Your next Skill is guaranteed to Overpower every 12 seconds.

Flawless Technique

  • The duration has been raised from 2 to 4 seconds.
  • The maximum Critical Strike Chance has been raised from 5% to 8%.

Carnage

  • The maximum amount of Attack Speed has been increased from 8% to 16%.

Warbringer

  • Maximum Life fortification has been increased from 12% to 15%.

Weapons Master

  • Prior: Switching weapons provides 3 Fury.
  • New: Switching weapons gives you 4% more Maximum Fury.

Hemorrhage

  • Previous: Enemies afflicted by your Bleeding for 3 seconds or longer suffer 12% (multiplicative damage) [x] extra damage from you.
  • New: Your Bleeding damage is now enhanced by 15% [x] of your overall Damage to Vulnerable Enemies bonus.

Blood Rage

  • Additional functionality: When Berserking is enhanced by 25% [x] of your overall damage, your damage is done.

Legendary Aspects

Of Ancestral Force

  • Previous: The Hammer of the Ancients trembles and deals 32-50% of its damage to opponents.
  • The damage of the Hammer of the Ancients has been boosted by 5-15%.

Earthstriker’s Aspect

  • The weapon swap requirement for an Overpower strike has been decreased from ten to eight.
  • Changed functionality: Overpower now occurs on your next non-Basic Attack.

Unique Items

Ramaladni’s Magnum Opus

  • Maximum Fury replaced the Damage to Vulnerable Enemies affix at 150% of its standard value.
  • The damage per fury has been raised from 0.1-0.3% to 0.2-0.4%.

Azurewrath

  • The Non-Physical Damage affix has been raised by 120%.

Hellhammer

  • The Critical Strike Damage affix has been replaced with Bonus Ranks of Upheaval.
  • The Burning Enemies affix’s damage has been boosted by 150%.

Ancient’s Oath

  • The Damage to Slowed Enemies affix has been replaced with Damage to Close Enemies.
  • The Unique Power has been tweaked.
  • Previous: Steel Grasp adds two more chains. Steel Grasp slows enemies by 55-65% for 3 seconds.
  • Steel Grasp has added two new chains. Steel Grasp pulls enemies with x30-x50% extra damage to you for 3 seconds.

Overkill

  • The affix Critical Strike Chance Against Injured Enemies has been replaced with Ranks of Death Blow.

Fields of Crimson

  • Rupture Cooldown Reduction at 200% of regular value replaces bonus ranks of Rupture affix.

Battle Trance

  • Frenzy affix bonus ranks have been raised by 100%.
  • The affix Damage Reduction While Injured has been replaced with the benefit Maximum Fury.

100,000 Steps

  • The dexterity affix has been raised by 100%.
  • The damage from the Skills That Swap to New Weapons affix has been raised by 50%.
  • The cooldown for complimentary Ground Stomp has been lowered from 30 seconds to 15 seconds.

Rage of Harrogath

  • The affix Damage Reduction From Bleeding Enemies has been raised by 15%.

Gohr’s Devastating Grips

  • Damage has replaced the Non-Physical Damage affix.
  • Critical Strike Chance Against Close Enemies has taken the position of Attack Speed.

Unique Items

Mad Wolf’s Glee

  • The Poison Damage affix has been replaced with Damage at 140% of its usual value.
  • The Physical Damage affix has been replaced with the extra Maximum Life.

Insatiable Fury

  • The Overpower Damage affix has been raised by 100%.
  • Total Armor boosted by 180% when in Werebear Form.

Storm’s Companion

  • Wolves affix rank raised by 66%.
  • The companion Skill Damage affix has been replaced with the extra Maximum Life.
  • Damage Reduction has taken the role of the Potion Drop Rate affix.

Fleshrender

  • The damage dealt by Shapeshifted Affix has been raised by 100%.
  • Core Skill Damage has been replaced with Damage While Healthy Affix.
  • Debilitating Roar and Blood Howl now do 10% more damage to Poisoned opponents for every 100 Willpower you have.

Hunter’s Zenith

  • Damage boosted by 60% while using the Shapeshifted affix.
  • The Quickshift Passive affix’s bonus ranks raised by 200%.
  • Critical Strike Damage from the Wolf Skills affix has been replaced with Critical Strike Chance.
  • Overpower Damage with Bear Skills affix replaced with Passive Bonus Ranks of Heightened Senses.

Ancestral Fortitude

  • All Elements Resistance is increased by +5/10/15%.

Charged Atmosphere

  • Lightning Bolts’ interval has been lowered from 18/15/12 seconds to 14/11/8 seconds.

Electric Shock

  • Lucky Hit: Immobilize chance increases from 5/10/15% to 8/16/24%.
  • Bonus damage to immobilized foes has risen from 6% to 21%.

Safeguard

  • Fortify amount was adjusted from Base Life to Maximum Life.

Thick Hide

  • Fortify amount was adjusted from Base Life to Maximum Life.

Nature’s Resolve

  • Fortify amount was adjusted from Base Life to Maximum Life.

Natural Fortitude

  • Fortify amount was adjusted from Base Life to Maximum Life.

Nature’s Fury

  • When you cast an Earth Skill, you have a 30% chance of getting a free Storm Skill of the same type, and vice versa. These free Skills count for both Earth and Storm.

Ursine Strength

  • Deal 25% (multiplicative damage) [x] increased damage and 25% [x] increased Overpower damage when Healthy.

Lupine Ferocity

  • Against Injured foes, the guaranteed Critical Strike’s extra damage is boosted to 140% [x].

Legendary Aspects

The Rampaging Werebeast’s Aspect

  • The Critical Strike Damage bonus value has been increased to a maximum of 200%.

Paragon

Earthen Devastation

  • Previous: Your Earth Skills deliver 30% [x] more damage to foes that are under Crowd Control.
  • Earth Skills now deliver 10%[x] more Critical Strike Damage, augmented by 25%[x] of your total Bonus Damage to Crowd Controlled up to 40%[x].

Thunderstruck

  • Previous: Storm Skills enhance Critical Strike Damage by 30%[x] against Vulnerable or Immobilized opponents.
  • Storm Skills now deliver extra damage equal to 50%[x] of your total Damage to Close and Damage to Distant bonuses.

Necromancer

Minions Inherit Thorns replaces the affixes Skeletal Warriors Inherit Thorns, Skeletal Mages Inherit Thorns, and Golem Inherit Thorns.

  • Minions Inherit Critical Strike Chance is a new Affix.
  • Shields now have the ability to reduce cooldowns.
  • Shields now have Armor Value based on their Item Power.
  • When picked up, Blood Orbs now heal your Minions for 15% of your Maximum Life.

Skills

Prime Army of the Dead

  • The chance of leaving a corpse behind has risen from 15% to 100%.

Initiate’s Hemorrhage

  • Fortify amount was adjusted from Base Life to Maximum Life.

Supernatural Blood Surge

  • Fortify amount was adjusted from Base Life to Maximum Life.

Dreadful Blood Mist

  • Fortify amount was adjusted from Base Life to Maximum Life.

Dreadful Bone Prison

  • Fortify amount was adjusted from Base Life to Maximum Life.
  • The time it takes to decompose a corpse has been decreased from 2 to 1.5 seconds.

Passives

Death’s Defense

Previous: A single Damage Instance cannot cause your minions to lose more than 60/45/30% of their Maximum Life.

Your Minions now have +4/8/12% Armor and 8/16/24% Resistance to All Elements.

Terror

  • This effect now applies to Shadow damage rather than Darkness talents.
  • The first boost is now applied to Chilled foes, while the second bonus is applied to Frozen enemies.

Stand Alone

  • This Passive’s description has been modified to: Increases Damage Reduction by 6/12/18% while no minions are present. This benefit is reduced by 2% for each active minion.

Drain Vitality

  • Fortify amount was adjusted from Base Life to Maximum Life.

Necrotic Carapace

  • Fortify amount was adjusted from Base Life to Maximum Life.

Rathma’s Vigor

  • Previous: 10% Increase in Maximum Life [x]. After 12 seconds of being Healthy, your next Blood talent Overpowers.
  • New: After 12 seconds of being Healthy, your next Blood Skill Overpowers. Each time Blood Orbs Heal or Overheal you for a quantity higher than or equal to your basic Life, this period is lowered by 2 seconds.

Shadowblight

  • Previous: Shadow Damage infects foes for 2 seconds with Shadowblight. Shadowblight grants you and your minions 10% [x] additional damage to foes. When an adversary is impacted by Shadowblight and gets Shadow damage from you or your Minions, they take an extra 22% Shadow damage.
  • Shadow damage now infects foes for 2 seconds with Shadowblight. When an adversary is impacted by Shadowblight and gets Shadow damage from you or your Minions, they take an extra 22% Shadow damage. The damage of Shadowblight is boosted by 100% [x] of your Shadow Damage over Time bonus.

Transfusion

  • Previous: Blood Orbs heal your minions for 20%/40%/60% of their heal value.
  • New: Lucky struck: Blood Skills have a 3/6/9% chance of spawning a Blood Orb when struck. This can happen just once every 4 seconds. Against bosses, this likelihood is doubled.

Gruesome Mending

  • Previous: When your life is less than 50%, you receive 10%/20%/30% healing from all sources.
  • Receive 10%, 20%, or 30% extra healing from all sources.

Inspiring Leader

  • The healthy duration requirement has been cut from 4 seconds to 2 seconds.

Ossified Essence

  • Damage% per Essence beyond 50 has been lowered from 1.0% to 0.5%.

Bonded in Essence

  • The cooldown time has been raised from 5 to 8 seconds.

Book of the Dead

Skeletal Warrior’s Defenders Sacrifice Bonus has been changed to +20% Resistance to All Elements, however, Skeletal Warriors can no longer be raised.

Raise Skeleton

  • The duration of Skeleton Priest has been raised from 5 to 8 seconds, and total healing has been boosted from 15% to 25%.

Bone Mage Sacrifice

  • The Overpower Bonus has been lowered from 40% to 25%.

Paragon

  • Mage Paragon Glyph’s Extra Bonus
  • Skeletal Mages now have 25% resistance to all elements.
  • Minions now have +35% resistance to all elements.
  • Warrior Paragon Glyph’s Extra Benefit
  • Previously, Skeletal Warriors gained 20% more armor.
  • Minions now have +30% more armor.
  • Rare Caster Infused Node
  • Skeletal Mages have resistance to all elements.
  • Minion Resistance to All Elements is now available.

  • On Paragon Nodes, “+% Minion Armor” has been raised from +4% to +8% on Rare Nodes and +2% to +4% on Magic Nodes.
  • +% Skeletal Warriors Armor has been upgraded from +6.5% to +14% on Rare Nodes and +3.2% to 7% on Magic Nodes.
  • +% The Armor of Golems on Paragon Nodes has been raised from +6.5% to +14% on Rare Nodes and +3.2% to 7% on Magic Nodes.
  • +% Total Armor on Paragon Nodes when Golems are Active has been raised from +2% to +6% on Rare Nodes and +1% to +3% on Magic Nodes.

Legendary Hulking Monstrosity Node

  • Damage from golems has increased from 40% to 100%.

Rare Warrior Infused Node

  • Damage from Skeleton Warrior has risen from 17% to 25%.

Rare Caster Infused Node

  • Damage from Skeleton Mage has been boosted from 17% to 25%.

Rare Frenzied Golem Node

  • The damage dealt by golems has been doubled from 17% to 25%.
  • Mutation boosted Golem Damage from 17% to 25%.

Rare Infused Golem Node

  • Damage from Golems rose from 17% to 25%.

Rare Corporeal Glyph

  • Previous: Within range, paragon nodes get a +40.0% increase in their Physical damage and damage reduction modifiers.
  • New: The effects of all Magic nodes within the range have been boosted by 150%.

Wither Legendary Node

  • Your current probability to trigger and additional damage value are now displayed in the description.

Bloodbath

  • Previous: Guaranteed Overpower attacks deal 50% [x] more Overpower damage.
  • All Overpowered attacks now deal 35% [x] more Overpower damage.

Bone Graft

  • Maximum Essence for each layer decreased from 3 to 2, bringing the overall Maximum Essence down from 24 to 16.
  • The scaling of the Wither Legendary Node has been changed from Willpower to Intelligence.
  • Changes the scaling of the Darkness Glyph from Willpower to Intelligence.
  • Change the scaling of Scourge Glyphs from Willpower to Intelligence.

Unique Items

Blood Artisan’s Cuirass

  • The Total Armor affix has been replaced with the extra Maximum Life.

Deathless Visage

  • Damage Reduction has taken the position of Total Armor.
  • The Bone Spear Echoes from the Unique power now deal 5% [x] more damage for every +30% of your Critical Strike Bonus Damage stat.
  • The damage has been lowered from 0.28-0.38 to 0.25-0.35.

Bloodless Scream

  • The Damage to Frozen Enemies affix has been replaced with Bonus Intelligence.
  • The chill amount for Darkness talents has been raised from 40 to 100.
  • The following effect has been added to the Unique Power: Darkness Skills deliver x20-x50% extra damage to Frozen foes.

Deathspeaker’s Pendant

  • The Summoning Skill Damage affix has been raised by 100%.
  • The Overpower Damage affix has been replaced with Essence Cost Reduction.
  • The damage was raised from 0.1-0.15 to 0.15-0.2.

Black River

  • The Damage to Healthy Enemies affix has been changed with Bonus Ranks of All Corpse Skills at up to 1 Rank over their original value.
  • The affix Damage to Distant Enemies has been replaced with Bonus Ranks of the Hewed Flesh Passive.

Lidless Wall

  • The Damage to Distant Enemies affix has been replaced with the extra Maximum Life.

Ring of Mendeln

  • The unique power no longer needs the activation of 7 or more minions.

Legendary Aspects

Hulking Aspect

  • Rings will no longer have Hulking Aspect. It will instead be found on Helmets, Chest Armor, Boots, Gloves, Amulets, and Shields.

Tidal Aspect

  • The penalty for damage has been decreased from 60-50% to 50-40%.

Aspect of Empowering Reaper

  • The extra damage from blight has risen from 20-60% to 40-80%.

Aspect of Hardened Bones

  • It is no longer necessary to have 7 or more minions.

Aspect of Reanimation

  • This now affects both your Golems and your Skeletons.

Coldbringer’s Aspect

  • Blizzard may be thrown by any Skeletal Mage, not just Cold Skeletal Mages.

Potent Blood Aspect

  • Previous: Blood Orbs yield 10-20 Essence while at Full Life.
  • Blood Orbs now provide 10-20 Essence while Healthy.

Unique Items

Grasp of Shadow

  • The bonus ranks of all Core Skills affixes have been raised by 100%.
  • The Shadow Clone Damage affix has been raised by 150%.
  • The Damage to Vulnerable Enemies affix has been replaced with bonus Dexterity.

Condemnation

  • Critical Strike Damage has replaced the affix Critical Strike Chance Against Injured Enemies.

Windforce

  • The Core Skill Damage affix has been raised by 40%.
  • The Damage to Distant Enemies affix has been replaced with extra Ranks of the Concussive Passive.
  • The chance of a lucky hit doing double damage and knocking back foes has risen from 10% to 20%.

Skyhunter

  • Previous: The first direct damage you give to an adversary results in a Critical Strike. Gain 20-30 energy if you have the most Precision Key Passive stacks when you perform the Skill. This can happen just once in every cast.
  • The first direct damage you give to an adversary now results in a Critical Strike. When you have the most Precision Key Passive stacks and perform a Core talent, that talent adds 10-20% extra Critical Strike Damage and you gain 5-10 Energy.

Cowl of the Nameless

  • Maximum Energy affix has been substituted with extra Ranks of Imbuement Skills up to 1 Rank higher than the standard value.
  • Damage Reduction from Close Enemies has replaced the Dexterity affix.

Eaglehorn

  • Penetrating Shot has a 30-80% chance of firing an arrow that bounces off walls and scenery. When you hit an enemy from behind with a Penetrating Shot, they become Vulnerable for 3 seconds.
  • Penetrating Shot now has a 30-80% chance of shooting an arrow that bounces off walls and surroundings. After damaging 5 opponents with Penetrating Shot, your next cast will render targets Vulnerable for 3 seconds.

Eyes in the Dark

  • The damage dealt to enemies affected by trap skills has been boosted by 150%.
  • Maximum Life has replaced the Damage to Elites affix.
  • Damage Reduction has taken the role of the Dodge Chance affix.
  • Death Trap’s damage is now increased by 30-50% thanks to the Unique Power.

Word of Hakan

  • The Ultimate Skill Damage affix has been raised by 200%.
  • Rain of Arrows Cooldown Reduction affix has been updated at 300% of its usual value.
  • Movement Speed replaced Critical Strike Damage with the Imbued Skills affix.

Skills

Primary Blade Shift Upgrade

  • While Blade Shift is active, you get +15% Resistance to All Elements and 20% reduction in the duration of incoming Control Impairing effects.”

Blade Shift

  • The chance of a lucky hit has risen from 35% to 50%.
  • Enhanced Blade Shift now immediately grants the entire 20% Movement Speed increase.

Heartseeker

  • The boost impact of Critical Strike Chance has been raised from 3% to 5% each stack. The limit remains at 15%.

Forceful Arrow

  • The chance of a lucky hit has risen from 40% to 50%.

Countering Dark Shroud

  • It now takes at least two active shadows, rather than four, to obtain the Critical Strike Chance bonus.

Caltrops

  • The duration has been raised from 6 to 7 seconds.

Enhanced Smoke Grenade

  • The amount of damage sustained has risen from 20% to 25%.

Passives

Impetus

  • Damage buff distance has been lowered from 15 to 12 meters.
  • Now boosts the power of your next non-Basic strike.

Victimize

  • The damage of Victimize is enhanced by 120% of your Damage versus Vulnerable bonus.

Close Quarters Combat

  • The damage calculation has been updated.
  • Previous: Marksman and Cutthroat Skills both offer a 10% (additive damage) [+] Attack Speed bonus for 8 seconds when used on a close adversary. You deal 30% [x] more damage against Crowd Controlled foes while both Attack Speed boosts are active.
  • New: Marksman and Cutthroat Skills both offer a 10% [+] Attack Speed increase for 8 seconds when used on a close adversary. Your damage done is enhanced by 40%[x] of the entire amount of your Damage against Crowd Controlled bonus while both Attack Speed boosts are active.

Paragon

Legendary Eldritch Bounty Node

  • Previous: When you use an Imbued Skill, you receive 20% Resistance and 20% enhanced damage for the element of that Imbuement for 9 seconds.
  • For 9 seconds after attacking with an Imbued Skill, you get +3% Maximum Resistance and 20% greater damage for that Imbuement’s element.

Pride Rare Glyph

  • Previous: Within range, paragon nodes get a +40.0% increase in their Physical damage and Damage Reduction modifiers.
  • All Rare nodes within range now receive a +125% boost.

No Witnesses Legendary Node

  • Previous: When you perform your Ultimate Skills, they do 30% [x] more damage and reward you 10% [x] more damage for 20 seconds.
  • New: Your Ultimate Skills acquire an extra 10% [x] damage from your Damage with Ultimate bonus, and this boost is granted to all Skills for 8 seconds when cast.

Energizing Aspect

  • When striking an Elite with a Basic Skill, the energy gain rises from 3-7 to 5-9.

Icy Alchemist’s Aspect

  • The damage was raised from 0.22-0.4 to 0.3-0.48.

Toxic Alchemist’s Aspect

  • The damage was raised from 0.11-0.16 to 0.15-0.2.

Aspect of Volatile Shadows

  • The damage was raised from 0.22-0.27 to 0.3-0.35.

Aspect of Synergy

  • Damage from Agility Skill raised from 10-30% to 30-50%.

Aspect of Bursting Venom

  • A Critical Strike is no longer required.
  • The possibility of a lucky hit has risen from 10% to 15%.
  • Damage from toxic pools rose from 1.08-1.35 to 1.25-1.52.

Glinting Fire Bolt

  • Previous: Critical strikes with Fire Bolt inflict 20% more Burning damage to the adversary for 4 seconds.
  • For 3 seconds, Fire Bolt boosts the Burning damage you give to the adversary by 25%.

Incinerate

  • The ramp-up period for bonus damage done has been lowered from 4 to 2 seconds. The total damage remains constant.

Enhanced Frozen Orb

  • The bonus damage threshold has been decreased from 50 to 40 Mana.
  • The maximum distance has been lowered from 6 to 4.
  • Additional functionality: Bonus explosion damage versus Elites is raised to x45%.

Meteor

  • The effect radius has been enhanced by 10%.

Wizard’s Ball Lightning

  • The maximum number of Crackling Energy generated per cast has been increased from one to two.

Hydra

  • The damage of summoned Hydra has risen from 12% to 60%.

Supreme Currents

  • Previous: Gain 13% Resistance to the element of each Skill equipped in your Enchantment Slots.

Galvanic Catalyst Rare Node

  • +17% Crackling Energy Damage has been replaced with +10% Lightning Damage.
  • Crackling Energy Damage Surrounding Magic Nodes now deal +5% Lightning Damage.

Winter Rare Glyph

  • Previous increase: Within range, paragon nodes get a +15.0% increase in their Cold damage and damage reduction modifiers.
  • New increase: Within range, rare paragon nodes earn a +125% increase in their effects.

Searing Heat Legendary Node

  • Previous: Casting Fireball or Meteor raises the Critical Strike Chance of subsequent casts by 5% (additive damage) [+] for 5 seconds, up to 15% [+]. This timer is not refreshed by further stacks.
  • New: Your Fire abilities’ Critical Strike Chance has been boosted by 10%, and their Direct Damage has been enhanced by x10% of the entire amount of your Bonus Damage with Fire, up to a maximum of x30%.

Burning Instinct Legendary Node

  • Previous: Your Burning damage is enhanced by 40% of your Critical Strike Damage, with an additional 5% increase for every 20 Intelligence you have.
  • Burning damage now does extra damage equal to x10% of your overall Critical Strike Damage bonus, plus x1% for every 75 Intelligence you have.

Static Surge Legendary Node

  • Previous: Stunned opponents regenerate 10 mana.
  • Following the expenditure of 100 Mana, your next Chain Lightning or Charged Bolts thrown renders opponents Vulnerable for 2 seconds and grants you 10% of your maximum Mana. Mana Cost Reduction bonuses lower this Mana cost requirement.

Elemental Summoner Legendary Node

  • Previous: Your Conjuration Skills have a 5% reduction in Cooldown or Mana cost for each Conjuration Skill equipped.
  • Your Conjuration Skills now have a 10% lower cooldown or mana cost. They also deal extra Damage equal to x3% of your total extra Damage from Cold, Fire, and Lightning.

Frigid Fate Legendary Node

  • Previous: Dealing Cold damage to Vulnerable opponents raises your Lucky Hit Chance by 1% [+] for 5 seconds, up to 15% [+].
  • New: You deal extra damage to Vulnerable foes equal to x10% of your overall extra Damage with Cold, up to x30%.

Icefall Legendary Node

  • Previous: Killing a Frozen opponent provides you 15% of your Maximum Life as a 5 second Barrier (236).
  • Your Frost abilities now deal an additional 15% Critical Strike Damage to Vulnerable opponents. This boost is doubled against Vulnerable Frozen opponents.

Of Piercing Static (previously Of Static Cling)

  • The Staff of Lam Essen has been replaced for the Legendary Power.
  • Previous Power: Charged Bolts have a 15-25% chance of attracting foes and last 300% longer.
  • Charged Bolts penetrate targets but deliver 60-40% less damage to those hit after the first.
  • To reflect its increased strength, the Aspect’s name has been changed to Of Piercing Static.

Flames Engulfing

  • Previous: When foes are under the influence of greater Damage Over Time than their entire life, you deliver 30-40% more scorching damage to them.
  • New: You deliver 10-30% additional Burning damage to foes that have less than 50% of their total Life remaining, or 80-100% if they have more Damage Over Time remaining than their entire Life.

Unique Items

Staff of Endless Rage

  • Lucky Hit: The Chance to Slow Affix has been replaced with Fire Damage.
  • The Unique Power now adds 20-40% extra damage to each third cast of Fireball.

Iceheart Brais

  • The Damage to Injured Enemies affix has been replaced with Damage Reduction.
  • The Intelligence affix has been replaced with the extra Maximum Life.

Esu’s Heirloom

  • Critical Strike Damage has taken the role of the Slow Duration Reduction affix.
  • The length of the Evade Grants Movement Speed intrinsic affix has been raised from 1 to 2 seconds.

Staff of Lam Essen

  • The Of Static Cling Legendary Aspect has replaced the Unique Power.
  • Charged Bolts penetrate but inflict 35-25% less damage to targets hit after the first.
  • Your Charged Bolts now have a 30-50% chance of being drawn to foes and last 300% longer.
  • Critical Strike Damage has replaced damage to injured enemies.

Gloves of the Illuminator

  • The restoration value of the resource affix has been enhanced by 50% as a result of a lucky hit.
