10. Flame Dash
Before Flame Dash exists in Path of Exile, there were only a few Intelligence-based movement skills that can match with Leap Slam or Whirling Blades. Flame Dash is a good skill that has instant animation and that makes it marginally preferable for Casting build.
Flame Dash is practically a short teleport skill but it would have been placed higher if it was more spammable. So, Flame Dash can only be used instantly if not continuously. It will enter a state of cooldown, making it less reliable than others.
9. Leap Slam
Leap Slam is a very familiar skill among Diablo 2 players and has forcibly made its way to exist in Path of Exile out of sheer barbarian testosterone and nostalgia. Leap Slam used to be clunky since it required a certain distance otherwise the player will walk a litter bit before doing the Leap.

The disadvantage is that WB doesn’t allow players to cross gaps and chasms. With many players, Whirling Blades is better than Leap Slam for general combat use.
7. Flicker Strike
Most movement skills in Path of Exile are created to run faster in maps, come over obstacles or dodge enemies’ attack. However, some skills like Flicker Strick are too powerful to be only movement skill.
FS is basically a blink attack that teleports the players from enemy to enemy as long as they still remain Frenzy Charges to use for it. In the past time, it was one of the most fun ways player used to clear maps. The cons is that FS is not a good choice to deal with bossed. Even now, it’s still a viable way to do some contents (meme or funny builds).

Charged Dash is same one to Lightning Warp except it can be built as the main attack skill. When player uses it, it will fire an image of user that can be moved with the cursor to a new location. The character will then travel there, releasing shockwaves along the way.
The damage dealts is lightning damage and it’s a viable choice for clearing maps thanks to its large area of effect. The damage of skill will scale off a lot of factors such as movement speed and the illusion’s travel distance, making it heavily modifiable.

If you want to be like a mysterious ninja that pops in smoke grenade and appear in its location ? So you should choose Smoke Mine as Movement Skill. It allows players throw a mine and active it to teleport them there and creates a smoke filed in the new and old area.
Smoke Mine is top-of-mind movement skill in Path of Exile game. It acts as a utility skill and also an dodging tool thanks to the blind effect of the smoke field. While Smoke Mine can be quite hard to use, all you need to do to circumvent that is to bind the detonate key to the Left Mouse.
