In Lost Ark, gems are a powerful way to improve the power of your skill. It can decrease your skill cooldown and increase their damage effectively.
Today we will help you learn the best methods and times to buy, sell, and obtain these Gems before you can make a few mistakes.

• From Level 1 to Level 10.
• Each Class have its own gems and can change between them.
• Either increase the damage of a Skill (Triangle-shaped Gem) or reduce the Cooldown of a Skill (Circular Gem).
• Make a much larger impact on Combat than one might expect.
• 2 gems with the same effect cant stack
• They have Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 systems as all other Gear.
• You will get 50% less effective when using Gems of a lower Gear Tier than the player’s currently equipped Gear-like accessory.
• Can be traded between characters using the Storage system, or even sent in the Mail.

When To Buy Lost Ark gems in AH

You better buy the gem when you need to fusing. Like if you have 3 Gem level 9 and 2 Gem level 8,just buy 1 gem Level 8 to make its to level 10. However, it’s almost always worth it to buy Gems at around level 5 or so. At that point, this is more efficient than enrolling them using Silver, and then slowly work on upgrading them all through Fusion from there.

When To Sell Lost Ark Gems

You can sell gems when you have a class only use from 2-3 damage/cooldown gems like Shadow Hunter or Death Blade
There is some stragery to selling gem at the right time :

• After moving up Tier, sell all the Gems of the previous Tier.
• When the price for specific Class Gems the player has are selling for an absurd amount on the Auction Market.
• When the player’s Gem Fusion progression has slowed down, and they have a couple of Level 5+ Gems that apply to unused Skills.
• When a character that’s meant primarily for grinding Una’s Tasks or Daily Content obtains a fair number of Gems.

When to Fuse Gems

You should fuse the game anytime,they can increase your power effectively but in some case you dont want to fuse that :

• Don’t Fusing Tier 2 Gems past Level 5. They’ll become irrelevant at Tier 3 but sell for a decent price at Level 5.
• Don’t Fuse Gems that have Damage/Cooldown Bonuses for Skills currently in use.
• Never Fuse equipped Gems of a high level unless you have a gem to replace its,all fuse are random
