In case account lost or get banned by us, we only accept exchange or refund if the Account taken back. We will not support cases due to the use of 3rd party software, ban/shadow ban by RMT or violation of steam policy or Lost Ark’s own policy. All ban detail’s by hjach/cheat will not accept.
