CoC Ice Nova builds and many CoC builds are currently among the most trending builds on the Poe Ninja site. This build used Ice Nova as the main skill and cyclone is a support channeling skill. We play COC ice nova build every league with different ascendancies and now we will show you occultist COC.

Cast on crit builds is always fun to play. Also, this builds is pretty solid for ultimatums. This is not a budget/starter build but not that expensive too. You can reach this level with a medium amount of investment.

However, This Occultist setup will offer great damage by increasing your Critical strike damage. You are going to utilize Forbidden Power, Frigid wake and Malediction.
– Forbidden power will give you +1 Maximum power charges ( more damage)
– Fridge wake will help you completely immune to cold skills and freeze enemies ( chilled enemies reduced damage with hits)
– Malediction for increasing your curse to enemies

In this article, we will discover why COC Ice Nova is one of the cheapest end-game builds in 3.15 Expedition.

CoC Ice Nova Occultist gameplay: 

• Obviously, This build is common for beginners that basically uses two active Skills on top of mobility Skills.-
• You will cyclone  (with the assumption that you have trigger socketed ice nova from Cospri’s malice and  Shavronne’s Wrappings Occultist’s Vestment will give you an extra energy shield)

With movement skill slot, you will use Flame Dash to move faster, dodge enemies’ attacks, and possible Sheild Charge with Fortify Support to increase your defense ability (this skill is optional if you want to max your layer of defends). That will make this build easy to play and progress at the end of the league.

Budget from Starting league to the maximum budget :

In addition, to clarifying the medium investment thing.
– Low Budget: 0-10 ex
– Medium Budget: 10-50 ex
– High Budget: +50 ex

How can I get a critical strike chance?

Critical Strike Chance: Aim for %100 crit chance obviously but as long as you have +80 you are fine. (for cyclone)

– Power charges (Try to get +1 from the helmet) by crafting or just farm chaos recipe and  buy it
– Diamond Flask, Cinderswallow with crit chance mod, Bottled Faith
– Inspiration charges
– Precision, Ice Golem
– Jewels ( critical strike chance + Global Critical Strike Multiplier)

How can I get cdr?

First, Cooldown recovery: We need at least %14 for this build.

Secondly, Where :

• Awakened Cast on Critical (minimum level 3)
•  Shaper/Crusader belt
• Shaper/Crusader boots

How can I control my Accuracy?

• The optimal Aps for a cyclone is 7.57. Don’t go over it.
• Importantly, We need a %100 hit chance.
• I got flat accuracy from the helmet, one ring, and gloves. Both using level 21 precision.

CoC Ice Nova Occultist Build Pros and Cons:

Pros:

• Good clear speed and bossing.
• Excellent defenses due to Frigid wake
• Can do most Map mods
• Ice Nova imba Skill and work with Cyclone for extra damage

Cons:

• Cyclone playstyle does not fit everyone.
• Require great source of Energy shield.
• In other words, this build is hard to run in Elemental reflect Maps Mods

Weapon Slot 1: 

Cospri’s malice: Trigger a Socketed Cold Spell on Melee Critical Strike, with a 0.15-second Cooldown

Enchant: #% increased Critical Strike Chance if you haven’t dealt a Critical Strike Recently ( very important for damage)
20 level aspect of the spider skill
30 movement speed
Energy shield
Resistance to elemental damage

Accuracy Rating
Increased damage with hits against chilled enemies

Belts Slot:

-Reduce extra damage from critical strike
-energy shield
-ES per second while a rare or unique monster nearby (crafted). Furthermore, it can help you have more ES while mapping

+ Elemental Resistance

  Triggered assassin’s Mark when you hit a rare or unique enemy (important for damage)
– Energy shield
